Protocols Hungary

Who are the participants?

At the beginning of the project, we handed out a form to upper classed students (who have proper English) to survey who would like to take part in the project. There were a lot of applicants. We had to choose from them who will travel to each country. We did a kind of exam whose English is enough to be able to communicate with foreign people. We took into consideration as well who had worse family backgrounds because this is a really good opportunity to see other countries. So at the end of the process, we had those students who would travel and who would just take part in the project in our school. We had parents’  meetings before every meeting to prepare not just students but parents as well for the journey. We created special Facebook groups to communicate easier with everybody (students, parents, and teachers). After the meeting, students wrote the articles with the coordinator in the local newspaper and they talked about their experiences in front of their classes. The teachers also told the staff about their experiences.

Dissemination in the local paper

We write articles about the meetings which are published in the local newspaper. This way the whole village gets information about the project. What is more, the students write some interesting things about the project as well

újságcikk- article about the Italian meeting

újságcikk 2- article about the Spanish meeting

Dissemination during the Hungarian meeting

During the Hungarian meeting, we invited the regional television to make a report with The Spanish coordinator (as she is the main coordinator) and our headmistress. We invited the TV to the FEMAC the most important event of the week. The report was seen on TV in December and now it can be watched on youtube as well.

Closing day of the project in our school

We invited the parents and the people from our village to celebrate the project, to remember the nice moments of it and to be together. It was a successful program as many people visited this event. The programs lasted from the morning to the evening.

Thank you for participating and helping us!
