TRAINING ACTIVITIES

During the project, our staff tried to improve in using information technology and using new methods in teaching to teach more effectively and to make our students be more motivated. In order to this, we took part in some courses. And during the meeting in Hungary, we showed our partners the way we use new methods in our teaching. So the English teacher had a lesson where the foreign teachers were invited. Here is the lesson plan:

On 11 January 2018 our teachers and some students took a course in Office 365 to use their pieces of equipment more effectively during the lessons. And with the students made cards which can be used in an enjoyable way in lessons.

For the teachers in the lower classes, there was a course in May 2018. It was about how to use Smartboards more effectively, which sites and applications can be used. (Kahoot, learning apps, QR-code Plickers)

Every teacher took a course on the digital class register in June 2018. It was a digital course and we got a certificate about it as in September 2018 we started to use the digital class register.

We took an online course in June 2019 about renewing the teachers’ digital competence. It was a 30-hour course.

So our staff is motivated and open to use new methodologies and digital tools in teaching.
